THE PERFECT BAR FOR YOUR SPECIAL DAY
The Horse & Thistle is a fusion of our love for quality drinks, community and the great outdoors. Hand-built our little horse box is perfect for those more intimate events. The beauty of the horse box is that we can pitch up wherever you need us, whether it be a garden or a golf course.
The Horse & Thistle was designed for our wedding and it was perfect.
Alongside a beautiful looking bar, we have fantastic, enthusiatic staff who are dedicated to helping you make your big day and event a day your guests will never forget. We have packages to suit every budget, however we are happy to work with you to create bespoke packages that suit all your needs.
Helen comes from a large extended family has a sense of family occasions and knows the importance of getting it right.

Cash Bar
Our very popular cash bar package is a fully stocked bar with a selection of bottled wines, champagne, prosecco, vodka, gins and bottled beers of your choice. (This can be tailored to your requirements).

Open Bar
Our very popular open bar package is a fully stocked bar with a selection of bottled wines, champagne, prosecco, vodka, gins and bottled beers of your choice. (This can be tailored to your requirements). See our Pricelist.
An initial payment or a contribution is taken and then a running tab is kept throughout the booking with the excess being paid of at the end of the booking/or when the contribution has been spent we will revert to a cash bar. A full record of all drinks purchased will be made available to you.

Bespoke Package
We are also able to work with you to create a bespoke package for your event. This will include welcome drinks, table wine and event champagne/prosecco for toasting from £10.00 per head. As each of these package will be tailored for your special day please complete the form at the end of this page/call us and we can discuss your requirements.
